Organizational Development

Believe it or not, we have a serious side. We focus on building the relational skills needed for positive and productive human interaction in organizations. We’ll help you examine and talk about team issues, work styles, and goal achievement objectively. You’ll gain new insights about human dynamics within your organization. We offer events that include experiential challenges and wall climbing at The Boiler Room or more conventional workshops at the venue of your choice.

Team Development: We support your teams throughout the stages of team development. Our experiential approach makes learning relevant and enjoyable. Provide your folks with the teamwork theory and practice they need to maximize their competence.

Team Dynamics: How do the unique talents, personalities, and goals of individuals combine to create the particular character and culture of your group, team or organization? We use instruments such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, Temperament Theory, and Jungian Type to help your folks better understand each other and their contributions to achieving organizational goals.

Meeting Facilitation: Sometimes organizations need a neutral Third Party to help them raise, understand, and discuss difficult issues. Sometimes they just need some help organizing an appropriate agenda and/or recording and reporting discussions and plans. We offer skilled facilitators and certified Third Party Neutrals who understand planning processes and know how to get people talking for productive collaboration.

Conflict Transformation: Our goal is to help as many people as possible become conflict-resolving persons within organizations. Conflict is a natural by-product of human interaction. It’s an inevitable and often healthy manifestation of competing ideas, interests, and energies. A conflict-resolving person approaches problems with a healthy attitude and understands how to tap into the new growth and opportunities that under-lie existing or potential conflicts. We offer Conflict Resolution services and education.
